1966 Fender Super Reverb

This is a vintage 1966 Fender Super Reverb -Amp electric guitar amplifier. This particular AB763 example, serial number A 14445, is in extremely excellent, near mint, original condition and includes the original footswitch, Victoria vinyl protective cover, as well as the original instruction manual, schematic, envelope, and vinyl hang tag! Fender’s largest Blackface combo amp, the serious size of this model in particular has proven it difficult to transport carefully and store with care, which renders the brilliant condition of this example that much more special. Fender amp enthusiasts and connoisseurs of clean alike will surely be excited by the sight of this super Fender Super Reverb.

The Fender Super Reverb features: (1) GZ34 rectifier tube, (2) 6L6 power tubes, (3) 7025, (2) 12AT7, and (1) 12AX7 tubes through (4) Oxford 10″ speakers. All transformers and all four speakers are in excellent original shape.

The amp works perfectly and it sounds fantastic. The incredibly rich reverb nicely complements the pronounced and articulate nature of the tone. The quad of 10″ speakers provide unparalleled presence, perfect for anything from clean surf sounds and mellow jazz to rockin’ rhythm and a sweet overdrive when turned up.
