This fine Deluxe Reverb is in incredibly attractive condition. The original grill cloth is extremely intact, unfaded, and clean, while the original tolex is in almost as excellent shape with only a couple minor snags near the bottom of the amp. The original control panel is amongst the nicest we have documented, and all of the corresponding hardware is original. It displays more like a reissue than one of its vintage, and would nicely complement any existing collection or rig.

As stated, this amp is in near mint condition and 100% all original shape. The professional service included the inevitable replacement of the electrolytic capacitors, which are included. However, the speaker, transformers, power cable, and even all of the tubes are original.

It sounds fantastic, and produces the uncanny beautiful bell-like Blackface tone for which Deluxe Reverbs have become the absolute epitome. When the Volume exceeds “6,” the amp nicely overdrives in a very smooth manner. Of course, the Reverb is endlessly mesmerizing, and you could relish in its geometrically perfect decay that is atypically smooth, yet organic. Nothing sounds like it.

The Fender Deluxe Reverb utilizes: (1) GZ34, (2) 6V6, (2) 12AT7, (3) 7025, and (1) 12AX7 original tubes through an original 1 x 12″ Oxford speaker.
