The Jaguar was Fenderâs top-of -the-line guitar. It features a very advanced electronic arrangement which was intended to make it the most dynamic guitar offered. All the electronics are original and work perfectly. This guitar is in excellent all original condition. The original sunburst finish has faded slightly yet still looks crisp and attractive. The only real wear on the guitar are dings around the sides caused by storing the guitar in the case for many years. The back of the guitar exhibits some some belt buckle wear, but it is not overly distracting. The frets are slightly worn to the 5th fret and the back of the neck exhibits minimal playing wear. The neck is straight and plays surprisingly well.
The guitar weighs 8 lbs 9 oz. As mentioned, the original brown Fender case is included and is also in excellent condition. All the latches work and the handle is mostly intact. Also included is the original tremolo arm, the original bridge cover, and the original Fender hangtag with the warranty card still attached!
